I’ve spent my career operating inside businesses, not observing them from the outside. That experience shapes how I engage.
I focus on understanding the real constraints - commercial, operational, organizational, and human - before recommending action. My goal is not to introduce complexity, but to help leadership teams align around what matters most and move forward decisively.

My experience spans founder-led, family-owned, and investor-backed consumer and operating businesses, with a focus on growth, turnaround, and integration.
I’ve led organizations directly as an executive, supported boards in advisory roles, and worked alongside leadership teams during periods of transition, recapitalization, and ownership change.
I bring a commercial lens informed by real operating responsibility.
